The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team, under the supervision of the General Counsel, and will support all other areas of the company, as well as law firms, other vendor partners, and commercial partners. Final job responsibilities will depend on the qualifications of the selected candidate, but will necessarily require negotiating, drafting, analyzing, and otherwise handling a broad range of contracts/contractual matters (including negotiating and drafting confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, licensing agreements, purchase agreements, employment-related agreements, etc., and analyzing joint venture and joint development agreements).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
