Maintains a comprehensive set of records of students and staff in accordance with the needs of the school and licensing.
Works towards the school being Tour Ready and Licensing Ready at all times Meet with prospective families and communicate/follow up appropriately with potential new customers.
Coordinates with the Head of School, student placements, and transitions (keep enrollments balanced by environment) including phase-in schedules.
Supports school and HOS with all technological activities (Moment Path, Nido Marketing, etc) Facilitates scheduling of staffing on a daily basis, along with the support of the HOS.
