- Answering multiple phone lines - Staying up to date on the daily call list - Scheduling patient appointments - Checking Patients in and out - Verifying insurance - Handling payments and billing - Organizing patient records and files - Taking inventory of any supplies or products - Laundry - Keeping the office clean Skills Required:
- Computer Literate in Excel, Word, Data Entry, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to Multi-Task - Ability to Prioritize daily tasks in a busy environment - Great Customer Service Skills - Exceptional Attention to Detail - Excellent Communication Skills - Must be a Self Starter and able to work independently Hours:
