This position at Sky Valley Resorts would be to lead the operations team to reach their full potential, make happy customers, while achieving exceptional financial results.
We are a third-generation family business with over 50 years of experience in the RV/MH resort industry.
Our portfolio currently comprises 2,700 sites across 7 properties in California, Arizona and Michigan.

RESPONSIBILITIES Your success in this position will be measured by customer & employee satisfaction and overall NOI growth.
The Director of Operations for Sky Valley Resorts will be responsible for:
Leading the operations team Growing profitability Ensuring excellence at each property in the areas of:
Revenue Generation Customer service Maintenance Enhancing curb appeal Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations Cultivating a sense of community Developing, Implementing and managing consistent processes across properties Overseeing the successful opening of new properties after acquisition Resolving operational challenges and implementing effective solutions Analyzing return on investment (ROI) for capital expenditures BENEFITS A three week annualized accrual assignment of Paid Time Off per our normal company accrual and usage policy.
40 hours will be credited at the start of your employment.
Seven paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, your birthday and Christmas Day.
Retirement Plan.
Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
An annual discretionary match is provided by the Company of 3% up to 3% total of employee gross contributions.
Health Insurance with several plans to choose from.
The Company pays 85% of the employees premium and 65% of all additional family members.
Life Insurance.
The Company pays the premium for a life insurance policy, valued at ten thousand dollars ($10,000) the first of the month following full time employment.
Access to our onsite success coach Company will provide appropriate equipment needs, including hardware and software.
Equipment supplied by the organization will be maintained and owned by the organization.
Upon end of employment all company property will be returned to the company.
