Responsibilities:
As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll wear two hats:
Sweepstakes Coordinator and Greeter.
Here's what you'll do:
Sweepstakes Coordination:
Spread the Splash:
Create excitement around our monthly sweepstakes.
Engage customers, share details about the gift card drawing, and encourage participation.
Promote Participation:
Encourage customers to enter the drawing.
Be the friendly face that makes the sweepstakes buzzworthy.
Energetic Approach:
Infuse energy into conversations and make the sweepstakes a hot topic.
Warm Welcome:
Meet and Greet:
Stationed at the store entrance, welcome customers with a smile.
Set the tone for their shopping experience.
Assist Customers:
Help with cart selection, offer coupons, and guide them to relevant sections.
Security and Courtesy:
Keep an eye out for security purposes and ensure a smooth entry.
Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including entryways.
