You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.
Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays.
And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments.
You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized! QUALIFICATIONS Relevant experience of 3
