Monthly Rotating Saturday, In-House As the Customer Service Representative, you will work on-site, full time, at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona.
The schedule is Monday - Friday (8 hrs) with a monthly rotating Saturday required.
The mission of the Scrapbook.
com Customer Service Representative is to serve customers by ensuring they are understood, and then appropriately resolve their issues so they can have inspiring and delightful shopping experiences.
Core priorities are as follows:
Respond promptly, empathically, cheerfully, and helpfully to every customer issue.
Provide appropriate resolution to every issue - ensuring all promises are kept to the customer while ensuring Scrapbook.
com's interests are met.
Continuously communicate issue trends with the appropriate department and work towards a resolution.
Outcomes Will leave each customer feeling understood, satisfied, and empowered to accomplish their job to be done.
Will ensure every customer receives a response within one business day.
Will ensure every conversation is tagged with the appropriate issue category so we can identify trends and issues to resolve as an organization.
Will work all problems to resolution.
If a problem can only be solved outside of the customer service team, support the responsible department with all information, root causes, and any other information needed to solve the issue.
Will ensure that all processes are documented, updated immediately when changed, and regularly examined for improvement.
Will take on other jobs as assigned.

You Meet the Following Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent.
College degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in an office environment utilizing email and phone communications.
Proficient with technology and software to include Google Suite, and phone and email platforms.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to convey a warm and friendly tone with our customers.
A passion for paper crafting preferred.
