Our team is looking to add a new member to the Construction Department.
Must haves for this position are a passion for construction landscape with experience in landscape irrigation, multiple sub trades, electrical, hardscape, playground and amenities.
A minimum experience of 3 years' installing large commercial landscape projects and no less than 3 years of managing and leading multiple construction production teams is a must.
As a Field Superintendent you will be responsible for managing projects between $500k - $5M.
As a Field Superintendent you will also be responsible for coaching, evaluating and training staff and field workers in the performance of landscape and irrigation construction services.
You will inspect all field work; analyze and resolve problems.
