Summary:
Performs general duties within an automotive dealership's parts warehouse.
Full-time or Part-time, long-term position.
Reports to Warehouse Manager.
We represent several dealerships, hours are typically 7:
30 am to 4:
30 pm or 8 am to 5 pmPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities Pulling & stocking parts Staging parts for delivery and will call Possible shipping & receiving of stock orders General clean up (trash, sweeping floors, boxes, etc.
) Processing returns Performing any and all additional duties as directed by supervisorKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Comfortable using a computer.
Be able to check on stock quantities and part numbers Ability to perform light duty activities, including lifting boxes and parts on and off shelving units Fork-lift experience a plus Capable of following systematic placement of parts and maintaining organization Comfortable reading and understanding invoices Strong work ethic and reliable Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the jobWorking Conditions Working within a warehouse setting with hundreds of shelving racks and thousands of parts Some locations may utilize evaporative coolers during summer months Some duties will be performed outside the warehouse May require steel-toed shoes, company shirt or other uniform requirements Drug free work environmentCompensation:
