Performs general duties within an automotive dealership's parts warehouse.
Full-time or Part-time, long-term position.
Reports to Warehouse Manager.
We represent several dealerships, hours are typically 7:
30 am to 4:
30 pm or 8 am to 5 pmPrincipal Duties & ResponsibilitiesPulling & stocking partsStaging parts for delivery and will callPossible shipping & receiving of stock ordersGeneral clean up (trash, sweeping floors, boxes, etc.
)Processing returnsPerforming any and all additional duties as directed by supervisorKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredComfortable using a computer.
Be able to check on stock quantities and part numbersAbility to perform light duty activities, including lifting boxes and parts on and off shelving unitsFork-lift experience a plusCapable of following systematic placement of parts and maintaining organizationComfortable reading and understanding invoicesStrong work ethic and reliableAttendance and punctuality are essential functions of the jobWorking ConditionsWorking within a warehouse setting with hundreds of shelving racks and thousands of partsSome locations may utilize evaporative coolers during summer monthsSome duties will be performed outside the warehouseMay require steel-toed shoes, company shirt or other uniform requirementsDrug free work environmentCompensation:
