Inventory/Lead Form and Tinning Technician at Mindlance Gilbert, AZ

Responsible for supporting the Inventory Manager in efforts falling under Shipping/Receiving/Kitting/Lead form and tinning/Document Control.
Essential job functions:
1.
Strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility and attention to detail skills.
2.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
3.
Experience with electronic component tinning and use of solder pot for dipping electronic components.
4.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel)5.
Support activities related to inventory receipt, inspection, storing and distribution per contract requirements.
6.
Ensure that all assembly travelers are kitted correctly and efficiently.
7.
Communicate with Inventory Manager to ensure that production is not adversely affected by material/inventory issues.
8.
Support the shipping of product and material to ensure shipments are ready in a timely manner.
Ensure completion and communication of shipping paperwork for correct deliveries.
9.
Knowledge of MRP (Manufacturing Requirements Planning) systems.

Ladder climbing11.
Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance12.
Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions13.
Standing and walking for up to 8 hours in a row14.
Moving large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, and other moving equipment15.
Additional duties as assigned by Inventory Manager.

3-5 years of inventory and tinning experienceScope:
Education:
Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
