Principal
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in liquid fertilizers and organic pesticides formulation.
2. Assist in development of new formulations, improve existing formulations, and assist manufacturing
with scale-up production.
3. Assist to improve current product quality and assurance.
4. Perform research and lab testing to evaluate long term stability of various liquid fertilizer and organic
pesticide formulations.
5. Use analytical techniques and instrumentations, such as UV/VIS spectrophotometer.
6. Interpret and maintain all data in a spreadsheet and prepare reports.
7. Report scientific results.
8. Be familiar with and adhere to environmental health and safety compliance and GMP (good
manufacturing process).
Qualifications:
B.Sc. or M.S. in Chemistry or closely related field. Minimum three years of experience in laboratory research
and development projects especially in the field of liquid fertilizers development. Candidate needs to be a team
player with high communication and organizational skills and capable to work as a problem solver.
Salary:
commensurate with experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
