Summary:
The primary objective of the General Manager is to ensure that all field work is being completed in an efficient manner and that the quality is up to company standards, provide training/support for field technicians, and oversee all aspects of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ensure high-quality service is being delivered to all customers - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures - Oversee customer service interactions to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and distribute to team members - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with ownership and marketing to achieve company goals Requirements:
- Previous experience in animal care, management, and/or a service industry preferred - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Knowledge of animal handling is preferred but not required - Experience in managing staff and overseeing daily operations - Passion for working individuals and for serving the community - Must have a clean driving record, no criminal record, and be able to pass a drug test This position offers competitive compensation based on experience, a company vehicle, and bonus opportunities.
