Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, answer phone calls, create work orders, maintain and order office supplies, keeping common areas cleaned up, provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is important.
High school diploma or equivalent Note:
