Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including but not limited to scheduling, filing, and record-keeping - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage Lender relationships and negotiate contracts for office services - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment - Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices - Familiarity with Quickbooks or Bookkeeping processes is a plus If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for creating an efficient work environment, we would love to hear from you.
