Work you will do:
o As a Workday Student Consultant, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:
o Work on post-implementation Student module activities related to day-to-day operations, incident management, and enhancements.
o Responsible for supporting and independently completing project taskso Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology packageo Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organizationo Understand capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functions.
o Learn to bring effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects.
o Gain experience configuring functionality to guide client conversations.
o Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
o Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etcThe team:

years of consulting and/or industry experience is requiredPreferably within the higher education sector.
o Experience on Workday Student Financial Aid module.
o Effective communication skills, both verbal and writteno Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPointo Excellent teamwork and people skillso Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations:
Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA;o Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year.
o Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
o Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
o Must be willing to work PST hoursPreferences:
