The Administrative Assistant's main function is to help the executive administrator organize and run the daily operations of the company.
The Admin Assistant is expected to be dependable and able to undertake various office support tasks.
Will be comfortable working with great attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The position is part-time with the potential to turn into a full-time Transaction Coordinator position.
Willing to train, must have a passion for growth and learning.
Compensation:
$16 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date Perform other duties as assigned Social Media Content Creation and posting Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns
Qualifications:
Understands how to use Microsoft Office Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal Knowledge of Social Media Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Knowledge of Office 365 and G-Suite Appetite for Growth, both Personally and Professionally About Company My Real Estate journey started in 1999 when I bought my first condo in Mesa.
