LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ.
We are looking to add an HR Admin to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

The HR Admin aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations.
This role administers employee engagement programs as well as provides support to the HR Team.
This position assist in resolving HR inquiries and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations.
The HR admin makes that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed.
This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Non-exempt PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
On-site full-time Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Occasional ability to travel on short notice.
Essential Functions:
Administers employee engagement programs Manage employee recognition program Assist with the administration of FMLA leaves Prepares reoccurring HR analytics Maintains HR reports Assist with new hire audits Managers the workers' comp shoe program Works payroll to assist with data management in HRIS system Sends exit interview surveys and manages data Welcomes visitors and receives office packages Assist the Director of HR with administrative task Monitors the HR inbox and responds as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.

Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent Certification or HR credential preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of related experience required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Compensation details:
16-19 Hourly WagePI716cf7a778dd-25448-33443429 Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Confidentiality Conflict Resolution Data Management Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
