The Administrative Assistant will be working under the supervision of the Branch Manager to ensure efficient operation by performing daily administrative and accounting duties.
CareScape, Inc.
is a leading commercial landscaping company with over 30 years of service, with two locations in the valley, Gilbert, and Surprise.
This position will be working out of the Gilbert office.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Welcomes guests and assist applicants.
Receives incoming packages and directs supply vendors to the correct drop off area.
Communicates any inquiries to the proper correspondent.
Submits property issues/work orders in a timely manner.
Submits weekly timesheets to HR.
Organizes the weekly schedule for the crew members.
Reviews and approves billing to ensure correct information.
Receive and reconcile monthly statements.
Submit receipts to Accounting in a timely manner.
Generate monthly reports.
Keeps the office clean and organized with regular housekeeping.
Assists managers with administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, making copies, and/or printing etc.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel and Computer Savvy.
Experience working as an Administrative Assistant Required.
Communicates in a professional and courteous manner.
Works successfully independently and as part of a team.
Be punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible.
