Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, texts and emails in a polite and professional manner - Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings - Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Provide customer service support to clients or patients - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus - Strong project coordination and organizational skills - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints professionally - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry tasks Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
