Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents - Maintain filing systems and organize office records - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns - Assist with project coordination as needed
Qualifications:
